We have recently been awarded funds by the Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner under her ‘road safety initiative’, specifically to allow us to apply for a licence to enable us to use the Speed Indicator Device in locations other than by the village green on Hartley Lane.
The purpose of this message is to seek suggestions from parishioners for additional sites that would benefit from use of the SID. For clarity, the SID may only be used within the existing 30mph limit area.
